Coach Training

Every couple months I gather a small group of three to five individuals who are interested in developing their coaching skills and/or growing their coaching business. I find this type of training much more valuable for the individual coach than when I lead large groups through coach training in an academic setting. This small group dynamic is the perfect way to get started if you are seriously considering launching a coaching business!

This will be an 8-week course which will be fully led by Brian, the founder of the International Coaching Network LLC .

This practical and interactive course will cover:

Foundational coaching values, skills and the heart of a Christian Coach
Developing your ability to ASK and LISTEN to create client transformation
Marketing your coaching business

This class includes:

8 Live 1-Hour Telephone small group training sessions
2 1-Hour evaluation and feedback sessions. (Dr. Simon, ABD will listen to you coach twice via taped coaching sessions, and you will have two one-on-one 20 minute Timely, Specific feedback sessions with Brian.)

To participate you will need to commit to:

Recruit 2 clients and coach at least one of them weekly
Purchase 1 coaching book (Leadership Coaching by Tony Stoltzfus) and a Transformational Leadership Coaching independent study which is $25 (Syllabus and other materials will be provided for free via email.)
A workload which will be right at 3-4 hours per week.

If you successfully fulfill the requirements of the course and Brian feels that he could endorse your coaching business, you will be provided a letter of reference and a certificate of training from the International Coaching Network.

The price for all of this will be just $289!
